What we collect
When you create an account, Rankleaf stores your name, email address and a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself). Using the product creates content you own: site profiles, keywords and articles, all stored in your workspace database.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or share your personal data with third parties.
- We don’t use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
- We don’t read your articles for any purpose other than serving them back to you.
AI providers
If you connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key in Settings, article prompts are sent to that provider under your key and their terms. Keys are stored in your workspace database and used only to call the provider you configured. Without a key, articles are generated by the built-in engine and nothing leaves the server.
Cookies
Rankleaf uses a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It expires after 7 days and contains no personal information.
Data retention and deletion
Your content stays until you delete it. Deleting a site removes its articles. To delete your account and all associated data entirely, contact the address below.
